Pricing

All prices are shown in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). There is a currency converter available on our website which you can use in your currency for real time prices. At Checkout, all price with revert back to GBP and you will be charged in British Pounds Sterling at the time of your purchase.

Production Methods

With our Standard Production option, your garments will be created in our London studio and sent to you within a 4-6 week time frame with a traceable courier. During our sales periods, our standard production times are 8 weeks due to high influx of orders.  Your order will be fulfilled by standard production by default at Checkout (unless an express production option has been chosen for an item) and sent to you with our express international courier. 

With our Express Production option, your garments will have priority to be created faster and shipped to you within a 3-10 days time frame for an extra 20% charge on top of your shopping total. During our sales periods, our express production times are 3 weeks due to high influx of orders. If express production is required on a product for a specific date, please state the date it is needed for when making your order. If only one product in your order is chosen for express production, the rest of the products will be made with standard production separately within 4-6 weeks. 

International Express Courier Options

All prices are exclusive of local taxes and import duties. House of Harlot delivers worldwide, within the UK and outside the UK internationally. We deliver by couriers like DHL Express and equivalent couriers for extra speed. This is usually the best option as it is a reliable global courier, and is recommended for high value orders. Shipments are fully traceable and you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details when your order is shipped.

International Import Duties

House of Harlot is not responsible for any additional import duties and customs fees for international orders shipped outside the UK. The receiver of the order is responsible for paying these duties fees and will be contacted by the chosen courier to pay the fee upon arrival of parcel. If you choose to use a different courier method, please contact us with your order number.

Packaging

All orders are securely packed and sent in discreet plain packaging for your privacy and reassurance. Your garment will arrive freshly powdered and unlubed wrapped safely to avoid any damages during shipping. Click & Collect is available for your orders if you choose to directly pick them up from our London studios. You can choose to have it packed in our discreet boxes or bags to take home.
